Co-animator

Dominique Paradis is a youth psychologist and a member of the Atautsikut team, where she facilitates communities of practice for the Ungava group. She practiced for eight years with children, youth, and families in Nunavik. Supporting human resilience is at the core of her work. Her clinical interests include complex trauma, attachment, play therapy, and pedagogy. In addition, she has collaborated for several years as a facilitator with the Nurrait–Jeunes Karibus program and is currently developing Émergentes, a nature-based therapy initiative grounded in a trauma-informed approach, designed for adolescent girls living in group homes. She also enjoys photography and spending time with her family.
